NSS was established in 2007 to service the nascent telecommunications industry in South Sudan. It provides site construction and maintenance services to telecoms operator Zain. NSS also partners with Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN) on its operations in South Sudan.

NSS is managed by Gary Ensor and his team of experienced telecoms engineers. The company can undertake projects from conceptual planning to commissioning and final handover. It has the capacity for network design, services personnel, equipment sourcing, network integration, system deployment and implementation of customer oriented turnkey projects or single site systems.
